DMCA & Trademark Notice — How to Take Us Down

We do not host game files. Every title on this site is loaded in an iframe directly from a third-party host (ubg98.github.io). Cover art is either generated artwork or the image the game's own host publishes. If you own a game, a brand, a logo, or a trademark that appears here, we will remove it — no lawyer required.

1. Fastest route

Email dmca@f4l.dumb.today with the subject line TAKEDOWN — [game or brand name]. We action valid requests within 48 hours and reply confirming removal.

2. What a valid DMCA notice must include

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice needs all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on this site to be removed (for example /?game=DriftBoss), so we can locate the material.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Trademark / brand complaints

For logos, product names, school-platform names, or favicons used by the tab-cloak feature, send the mark, the registration number (if any), and the page where it appears. Cloak presets exist only to rename a browser tab; we remove any mark on request.

4. Counter-notice

If content was removed in error, send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your contact details plus consent to jurisdiction.

5. Escalating past us

If we do not respond, you can also file with the upstream parties, which will remove the content at the source and therefore from this site as well:

6. Repeat infringers

Links repeatedly flagged as infringing are permanently delisted from the catalog and from the downloadable offline build.
